Job Description
Adecco is partnering with a global leader in the beauty and cosmetics industry.The company was founded in France, and has grown into the world\'s largest cosmetics company, offering a wide range of skincare, haircare, makeup, and fragrance products.Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Engage and assist customers with beauty and skincare needs.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed on beauty products and trends.
- Sales: Achieve sales targets through effective product recommendations.
- Consultations: Offer personalized beauty consultations and demonstrations.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock management and store presentation.
- Training: Participate in ongoing training sessions.
- Education: \'O\' Levels or equivalent
- Experience: Previous experience in beauty advisory or customer service preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, sales skills, and knowledge of beauty products
- Shifts: Rotating shifts between 7am-3pm, 9am-6pm, and 1pm-10pm.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift light weights.
- Salary: SGD $2,200 to $2,500 per month, based on experience.
- Incentives: Additional sales incentives based on performance.
