Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent service to ensure a great shopping experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback promptly.
- Manage returns and exchanges according to company policy.
- Assist with daily store operations, including cashiering and cleaning.
- Maintain store displays in line with brand standards.
- Help with sales plans and support marketing events.
- Ensure inventory is well-stocked.
- Assist with visual merchandising for new stock.
- Work with the Store Manager to achieve store goals.
- Operate the POS system accurately.
- Prior experience in beauty retail field
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate in beauty industry
- Location: Orchard
- 5 days work week, 44 hours
- Salary: $3000 + Bonus
