Your Role at INNISFREE:

Be the face of INNISFREE by promoting our skincare, makeup, and haircare products. Create meaningful connections with customers and deliver exceptional service. Provide personalized skincare consultations and engaging product demonstrations. Achieve individual and counter sales targets while ensuring timely task completion. Maintain accurate stock levels, transactions, and sales entries in POS and membership systems. Safeguard customer data in compliance with Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and Do Not Call (DNC) regulations. Keep the store inviting through excellent housekeeping and visual merchandising display. Uphold professionalism by following company policies and demonstrating integrity. Handle cash transactions responsibly, including till management and deposits (if applicable).

You're a Great Fit If:

No prior experience? No worries--comprehensive training will be provided! Strong track record in sales with a customer-first mindset. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Independent, proactive, and optimistic with a positive attitude. A collaborative team player who uplifts those around.
