Job Description
If you are passionate about Jap beauty and skincare products and wants to share your knowledge and recommend the most suitable product for your client, this is the role for you!
- Provide professional beauty advice and recommend products according to customer's need
- Support in operational activities / task given by senior or store in-charge
- To be well-groomed at all times according to Company Grooming Guideline
- Conduct daily housekeeping and ensure the store's condition is well maintained
- Monitor stock inventory level and ensure the stock level is healthy
- Maintain good conduct, complies with instruction, policies and regulation
- Achieving monthly sales and focus product target in monthly basis
- Build and maintain good relationship with customers
- Accountable for cash till and shop opening and closing
- Work effectively and co-operates with other to achieve a common goal
- Provide assistance as and when required
- Basic + Commission + Incentives + Free Goods + Flexi Benefits
- Retail hours (shift work), 5-day work week
