We seek a dedicated & passionate

Part Time Retail Sales Executive

, a character that is responsible, diligent and self-motivated. The Retail Sales Executive will be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, ensuring that store displays are in accordance to guidelines and that inventory is well-replenished at all times.

Primary Responsibilities

Customer Service

Deliver excellent customer service, cultivating a pleasant shopping experience for customers Handle daily customer queries & feedbacks with prompt and fitting solutions Review and handle returns and exchanges in compliance with company policy
Operations

Support daily business operations of the retail store. (eg: cashiering function, house-keeping) Ensure store presentation is consistent with brand image Assist in sales plans execution & participation in conjunction of marketing events & promotions Inventory replenishment Assist in visual merchandising whenever new stocks arrive, to provide optimal shopping experience for the brand Operates POS cash register & handles various payment mode with accuracy Communicates feedback gathered through in-store activities to supervisors
Other duties

Perform any other ad hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time (eg: Stocktake exercises)

Requirements

Passionate about the beauty retail industry & customer interaction Experience in working within the retail environment (Beauty retail is a plus, no experience is welcome to apply) Must be a positive team player who desires to contribute Self motivated, open-minded, proactive with high integrity level Customer-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong adaptability skills in a fast paced environment Possesses problem-solving and planning skills Able to work shifts / weekends & public holidays Able to start in immediately Able to commit at least 3 months.
