Responsibilities:Customer Service

• Deliver excellent customer service, cultivating a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
• Handle daily customer queries & feedbacks with prompt and fitting solutions
• Review and handle returns and exchanges in compliance with company policy
• Contribute creative ideas to build / develop strong regular clientele

Operations

• Support daily business operations of the retail store. (eg: cashiering function,
• house-keeping)
• Ensure store presentation is consistent with brand image
• Assist in sales plans execution & participation in conjunction of marketing events & promotions.

Inventory replenishment

• Assist in visual merchandising whenever new stocks arrive, to provide optimal
• shopping experience for the brand
• Work closely with the Store Manager & Assistant Store Manager to achieve KPI(s) and for any other store related matters
• Operates POS cash register & handles various payment mode with accuracy
• Communicates feedback gathered through in-store activities to supervisors

Other duties

• Perform any other ad hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time (eg: Stock take exercises)
