With its rapid expansion and online growth, the team is looking for more experienced beauty advisors/ skin specialist to provide online advice and services.The RoleWe're looking for an experienced beauty advisor who will be primarily responsible for driving and growing sales of the brand in the store where she is assigned by helping customers find the best products that meet their needs, and nurture a sincere honest relationship with them. This will be an online service to our clients. Perform customer service duties such as product, skin advice and support. Provide online consultation and assistance to customers Perform skin check-in and follow up on customers Provide after sales service and obtain review Assist with procurement, warehouse work when required Work closely with marketing team to provide sales review and customer feedback. Provide timely reports on customer sentiments or queries to improve communication materials.- A good command of English is required as communication with customers are via online chat.Preference:- Beauty and skincare knowledge
- Received training in customer service
- Received training in skincare and beauty
