Key Responsibilities


Drive top-line store sales by actively selling to customers. Proactively engage shoppers, read cues, and respond effectively. Inspire and mentor teammates to elevate selling behaviors and execute strategies. Work a 5-day week in a fast-paced retail environment; 9-hour shifts including a 1-hour meal break. Demonstrate expert product knowledge and continuously upskill yourself and peers across categories. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Contribute to--and thrive in--a sales-driven culture.
