Job Description

The Beauty Centre Manager oversees the daily operations of the beauty centre to ensure high-quality service delivery, customer satisfaction, and business profitability. The role includes team leadership, scheduling, inventory control, customer service, financial reporting, and ensuring the salon or spa meets health, safety, and cleanliness standards.

Hair Services

Provide haircuts, trims, and styling services for men, women, and/or children. Perform hair coloring services including highlights, balayage, and root touch-ups. Offer hair treatments such as keratin, deep conditioning, and scalp treatments. Recommend appropriate products and services based on client hair type and preferences. Stay updated on current trends and techniques in hairstyling and color.

Operations Management

Oversee day-to-day operations of the centre including reception, treatment rooms, and retail area. Ensure all services are delivered to the highest standards. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at all times. Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Team Management

Recruit, train, motivate, and supervise staff (beauticians, therapists, receptionists). Create staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage. Conduct performance evaluations and manage disciplinary procedures if needed. Organize regular team meetings and training sessions.

Customer Service

Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Handle client complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner. Develop strategies to retain clients and grow the customer base. Promote loyalty programs and client referrals.

Sales & Marketing

Develop and implement marketing and promotional campaigns (online and offline). Meet sales targets for services and retail products. Monitor customer feedback and reviews to improve services.

Financial & Inventory Management

Monitor daily cash flow, manage budgets, and report financial performance. Maintain inventory of products and supplies; place orders as needed. Control costs and minimize wastage.

Salon Maintenance

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and tools at all times. Ensure compliance with salon health and safety regulations. Assist with general salon duties, including laundry, restocking, and reception support if required.

Compliance

Ensure the centre complies with health, safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations. * Stay updated on industry trends and new treatments.
