Base Salary: $3,000-$5,500 | Up to 20% Commission + Team Incentives + Profit Sharing

As part of our expansion, we are hiring dedicated and sales-driven Aesthetic Consultants to join our high-performance team across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation & Sales

Provide in-depth skin and body consultations tailored to client needs Recommend treatment plans and packages with a consultative approach Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective conversion and upselling Maintain strong follow-up and customer relationship management

Treatment Support

Assist in delivering non-invasive aesthetic treatments when required Uphold treatment protocols and safety standards Ensure optimal client experience throughout the service journey

Outlet Operations

Support front-desk operations, appointment scheduling, and treatment room readiness Maintain outlet presentation, retail stock levels, and daily service flow

Team Collaboration

Participate in daily briefings and performance reviews Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and sales-focused team environment Embrace continuous learning and mentorship opportunities

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of sales or consultation experience in aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or luxury retail Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients) Proven sales performance and customer service ability Well-groomed, presentable, and professional Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a growth mindset Certification in beauty, aesthetics, or related fields is advantageous

Working Hours

Monday to Friday

: 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM

Saturday

: 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM Full-time, permanent role with some operational flexibility required
