Roles & Responsibilities

Provide professional consultation and advise customers on the suitable treatments or products


Monitor and evaluate to achieve sales target


Perform excellent customer service to customers


Promote company's service and products to customers


Able to handle customers' enquiries


Maintain existing loyal customer base and source prospect for new customers


Ensure filing record of customers' treatment cards are properly maintain and keep up to date


Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of work area


Any other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

Prior experience in beauty industry is a plus


Self- driven with ability to meet individual and outlet target


Able to work on weekends and PH preferred


Strong communication skills


Able to work commence work immediately or within short notice period
