Handle all pre/post procedures care, registration, and counselling.
Prepare all the necessary forms required prior to medical aesthetic procedure
Serve clientele in all aspects of treatments.
Maintain order of patient cards and manage patient entries and appointments in Plato system.
Recommend and promote appropriate aesthetic treatments to patients.
Assist in inventory, ordering, & database management(purchase order entry)
Assist in maintaining quality service standards.
? Replying to patient enquiries (Phone call, WhatsApp, Facebook, Xiao Hong Shu etc)
Teamwork with Manager and therapists.
Other duties assigned by the doctor and supervisor as required.
