Job Description
s:
- To develop and compile training material for the brands
- Responsible to schedule and conduct product presentation and training
- To coach and motivate the aesthetician in their skills and product knowledge
- To train, evaluate and motivate the aesthetician presentation, consultation and selling skills
- To develop treatment protocol, sales technique, and consultation skills
- Prepare and conduct beauty webinars for consumers
- ITEC/ CIBTAC / CIDESCO holder
- Training experience will be an advantage
- Presentable appearance with excellent personality
- Office hours
- 5 days work week
