RESPONSIBILITIES:

assist to oversee day-to-day counter. Achieve personal sales target Provide professional skin/body analysis and consultation. Identify customer's needs and recommend suitable products and treatments to customers. Perform facial, body hair removal and/or slimming treatments for customers (Extra points if you are able to). Assist in Management and Customer Service Relations process. Handle customers feedback and service recovery. Other ad-hoc duties assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

At least 1 - 3 years of relevant experience, in supervisory/managerial level. Able to help lead and manage a team. Candidate who has a beauty/spa certified certificate will be an advantage. Eg. CIBTAC , CIDESCO , ITEC. Required Skill(s): Face, Body, Slimming & Wellness consultation, Customer Service, Relationship building with customers. Good communications and interpersonal skills and service-oriented. Positive working attitude and cheerful personality. Friendly and caring towards customers and team. Able to work well together with others.

Pay: $2,800.00 - $8,000.00 per month
