Job Description

We are looking for an Aesthetic Sales Consultant / Customer Service Executive to join our growing team at our medical aesthetics clinic.

Responsibilities :

• Attend to telephone inquiries and manage appointment for doctors & therapists
• Assist in scheduling and follow up clients’ appointments
• Follow up with leads from whatapp, texts, emails, social media, calls etc
• Perform registration, payment collection, data entry and administrative duties to patients
• Recommend suitable aesthetic treatments, services and products to existing and prospective customers
• Advice patients on prices and financial counselling of patients
• Assist doctors in medical/ aesthetics procedures
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the clinic
• § Work closely with team to achieve the sales objectives
• Ensure all enquiries and complaints are handled promptly and professionally
• Other admin duties assigned by the supervisor / management

Skills required:

• Min. GCE 'N' Level / Diploma
• Able to write well in English to answer enquiries from leads through various platforms
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin to patients about aesthetic treatments, skincare products and beauty supplements
• Teamplayer
• Sales driven and result oriented
• Well-groomed and service-oriented with pleasant disposition
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Able to use Microsoft word and excel
• Past experiences in Aesthetic/ Beauty/ Wellness/ Retail industry will be an advantage
• Candidates with nursing background are also welcome to apply
• Comfortable in handling IT systems and devices (i.e. Laptop, printer, mobile) – you will need to use them daily

Salary : $3000 - $5000 ( basic salary + comm + team incentives) Work hours : 44 hr/ week ( Sun, PH off)
