Manage Team of Beauticians. Ensure good customer experience and service standard. Leading team to hit sales target. Taking care of 3 outlets Job Requirements: At least 5 years of similar experience in the Beauty/Spa industry Powerful motivator with strong leadership skills Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills Able to work independently and with a team Strong command of spoken English and Mandarin. Must be able to speak in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers Positive attitude and mindset, able to roll with punches Highly initiative with strong problem-solving skills and constantly having a positive mindset Must have caring and grateful attitude and must be hardworking. We provide attractive basic salary with remuneration package include sales commission. Salary range between $3,500 to $8,000 depend on experience.
