Beauty Salon Manager
Job Description
Job Responsibilities: Lead the sales and beautician team to achieve company objectives Drive the team to maintain good relationship with customers by offering a unique and prestigious service Manage the daily running of beauty shop and maintain the highest standard of shop environment Be the guarantor of the arrangement of the sales area and products display Provide beautician training and coaching to my company team when necessarily Manage inventory and replenishment requests Handle the regular KPI report Job Requirements: Min 8 years experience in high end beauty retail industry with at least 3 years at store supervisor or manager level Strong interpersonal, organizational skills and business acumen Self-motivated, customer-focused and task-oriented At least five or more store managers or store supervisors in related industries such as beauty companies or Chinese medicine massage companies. Work experience in related positions is preferred. Work six days a week
