Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily salon activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Perform professional beauty services, including

facials, eyebrow embroidery, threading, waxing, skincare treatments

, and related services. Maintain a high level of service quality and ensure client satisfaction at all times. Train, guide, and motivate staff to uphold salon standards and deliver consistent performance. Monitor inventory, order beauty products and supplies, and ensure all equipment is maintained properly. Manage client bookings, handle inquiries, and resolve any customer concerns professionally. Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards. Contribute to marketing and promotional efforts to increase client retention and salon visibility. Prepare and submit reports on staff performance, sales, and operations to management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum

5 years of relevant hands-on experience

in a professional beauty salon setting. Proven expertise in

facial treatments, eyebrow embroidery, skin care, and other aesthetic services

. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to train and mentor junior staff. Excellent customer service orientation and professional appearance. Knowledge of current beauty trends, techniques, and products. * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
