Responsibilities:
Perform professional facial / body treatments and recommend suitable treatment according to customers needs
Sales of services, products and packages to the customers.
Follow up treatment results with the customers
Provide excellent customer service and maintain good rapport with customers.
Assist branch manager in outlet daily operations and duties: stocks, appointment bookings
Interacts cooperatively with other spa co-workers in providing excellent customer experience
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements:
At least 3 years of Beauty & Spa related sales experience
Professional certification in beauty & spa
Service-oriented with self-motivation in achieving sales target
Good interpersonal skills, able to multitask well
