Job Description
Looking for an experienced beauty trainer to mentor beauticians and consultants on beauty treatments, retail operations, and customer service. Job Highlights:
- Flexible working hours
- Convenient work locations, near MRT - Changi Airport, City Hall, Dhoby Ghaut, Marymount -
- Develop treatment protocols
- Train staff on beauty treatments and sales tactics
- Research and evaluate suitable beauty products and treatments to bring in to the Company
- Assess staff skills and performance regularly
- Attend new machine or product training
- Be involved in video and demo recordings to be used for marketing and training purposes
- Recommend suitable promotion strategies for services and products
- At least 8 years of training experience in facial and slimming treatments
- Possess professional beauty certificates
- Able to hands on latest Aesthetics & Beauty Machines
- Flexible schedule
- Day shift
- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday
