GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the direct supervision of the Subject Area Coordinator, the BED Faculty delivers effective and efficient classroom Instruction that creates the necessary conditions for optimum learning.JOB SPECIFICATIONS

• A Roman Catholic.
• If married he/she must be married in the Catholic Church.

Faculty - Elementary

• Holds of Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) license
• Has completed any of the following degrees:

• For ELEMENTARY

Bachelor's Degree in Education major in Elementary Education (BSEED) or equivalent

• Demonstrates subject matter competence.
• Demonstrates enthusiasm for teaching as well as willingness and ability to learn new material in the assigned subject area.
• Has experience in the use of technology in the classroom.
• Possesses skill in applying assessment instruments, operating standard office equipment and preparing and maintaining accurate records.
• Demonstrates knowledge of stages of child development and behavioral management strategies.
• Possesses flexibility tact and patience.
• Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates good interpersonal and team skills.
• Is of good moral character.

Faculty - SECONDARY

• Holds a Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) license
• Has completed any of the following degrees: Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education or its equivalent with a major and minor (Math/Physics)
• Demonstrates subject matter competence
• Demonstrates enthusiasm for teaching as well as willingness and ability to learn new material in assigned subject area
• Has experience in the use of technology in the classroom
• Possesses skill in applying assessment instruments, operating standard office equipment and preparing and maintaining accurate records.
• Demonstrates knowledge of stages of child development and behavioral management strategies
• Possesses flexibility, tact and patience.
• Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and team skills.
• Is of good moral character.

Job Type: Full-timePay: From Php15,000.00 per monthSchedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
