We are seeking an experienced and passionate

ABA Supervisor / Consultant

to join our multidisciplinary team. This role involves overseeing the delivery of high-quality ABA services to clients, supervising therapy teams, and ensuring effective implementation of behavior intervention plans.





The ideal candidate will have strong clinical reasoning skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to mentor therapists while maintaining excellent relationships with families and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Apply principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis in supervising therapy services and clinical programming. Supervise and mentor ABA therapists, providing regular evaluations, feedback, and guidance. Conduct initial assessments, parent interviews, and data-driven behavior intervention plans. Deliver and oversee 1:1 and group ABA sessions as needed. Monitor program implementation, update treatment plans, and ensure timely progress reports. Provide verbal and written feedback to parents and caregivers per departmental guidelines. Guide the team through the probing process, behavior difficulties, and program adjustments. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (e.g., OT, ST) to support integrated care. Lead and contribute to ABA team trainings, meetings, and clinical workshops. Support material development and ensure therapy environments are organized and resourced.

Qualifications:

Master's degree or BA in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or QBA ( Qualified Applied Behavior Analyst )certification (or equivalent) preferred.

Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in ABA, with 1-2 years in a supervisory/consultant role.

In-depth knowledge of ABA principles, data collection, and clinical documentation. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to train and mentor staff and work collaboratively with families and professionals.
