COMPANY DESCRIPTION ISADD provides a holistic, evidence based service to children, adolescents and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other related disabilities. ISADD was established in 1994 in Perth. Western Australia, and was the first private service provider to offer ABA (Applied Behaviour Analysis) based early intervention services in Singapore since 1999. Today ISADD provides modern ABA, and is responsive to new evidence as it becomes available. ISADD has also expanded services to all age groups given the obvious need, and has established further bases across other states in Australia, New Zealand, Brunei, Indonesia and Europe. We are looking for dynamic, high energy and fun loving individual to be part of our therapy team, to make a difference in the lives of special needs children and their families. JOB DESCRIPTION: Part Time Position (with opportunity for full-time) High Hourly Rate at $35 p/hr As a behavioural therapist, you will receive extensive training in the application of ABA (Applied Behaviour Analysis) and DTT (Discrete Trial Training) as implemented in each of our client\xe2\x80\x99s individualised program. Ongoing training of various behavior management strategies and programs in teaching children with Autism and Developmental Delay will be provided ISADD Psychologist or Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who works closely with you to support your work with the clients and the therapy team. Therapy sessions are conducted at the family\xe2\x80\x99s home, childcare center, school or ISADD center. These sessions are usually two hours in duration with each child. Therapists will implement the child\xe2\x80\x99s individualised program under the supervision of a Case Manager. This will involve working one to one on any number of skills in which the child has deficits in such as language skills, maths skills, social skills, or play skills and decreasing behaviours that the child does to excess, for example tantrums, obsessions and self stimming.
