Job Title: Bespoke Menswear Specialist with Sales Component Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bespoke Menswear Specialist with a Sales Component to join our team. We\'re looking for individuals with a strong passion for menswear and fashion, to join us in elevating the quality of bespoke clothing in Singapore.
As a specialist, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the bespoke process, taking accurate measurements, and creating personalized designs that meet their needs and preferences. Additionally, you will be expected to have a proven track record in sales and the ability to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their needs and preferences for their bespoke garment.
- Take accurate measurements to ensure the perfect fit of the garment.
- Design and create bespoke garments that meet the clients\' requirements and preferences.
- Advise clients on fabric selection, style, and finishing details such as buttons, zippers, and linings.
- Work closely with the tailoring team to ensure the highest quality of workmanship.
- Manage client orders and maintain accurate records of measurements, orders, and customer preferences.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Keep up-to-date with current fashion trends and new materials and techniques in the industry.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in bespoke menswear.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your bespoke work and design skills.
- Proven track record in sales.
- Knowledge of a wide range of fabrics, styles, and finishing details.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to understand clients\' needs and preferences.
- An eye for detail and a commitment to creating high-quality garments.
- Proficiency in fitting judgements and making accurate alteration decisions.
- A degree or certification in fashion design or a related field is preferred.
