Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop, maintain, and manage BI solutions, including dashboards and reports, using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for new reports and data analysis needs.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement solutions to meet those needs.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing data validation and cleansing processes.
• Provide support and training to end-users on how to effectively use BI tools and interpret data insights.
• Continuously improve and optimize existing BI solutions to enhance performance and user experience.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelors in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics or any related field
• At least 3 year of relevant working experience
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Microstrategy, Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with data modeling and data warehousing
