YOUR ROLE

As a Workshop Technician / Sport Advisor your role is to ensure all customers leave our stores 'satisfied or satisfied'. From a friendly and professional welcome through to a unique online and offline retail experience. You will enjoy sharing your passion in sports with our customers. Your role is to always deliver a 5-star experience for our customers.

Your Responsibilities:

• I satisfy my customers by providing sincere advice and quality services to meet their sporting needs

• I take care of my family of products by maintaining an appealing layout to attract customers to return

• I maintain an efficient store by ensuring our customers can access and checkout our products seamlessly

• I ensure the availability of products through the reliability of my stock and accurate reception of goods

• I assure the safety of my teammates and customers at my workplace

• I share my sport passion and positive energy with my customers

• I take initiative for my own training and development

• I am a team player with like-minded teammates in the store, practiCing sports and celebrating victories together

• Someone looking to combine a passion for sport with work.

• Able to play as part of the team during the busiest times (weekends and holidays)

• Regular practice of sports

• The ability to make technical assessments of a bicycle for service.

• The ability to make clear and concise notes of the works to be done & to update database.

• The ability to execute the necessary repairs on the bicycle.

• The ability to be solution oriented in a fast paced environment.

• The ability to track time and parts used per repair process.

• Bicycle tools organisational & management skills.
