Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end bidding pursuit process
• Overall-in-charge of RFI / RFP / RFQ document development, preparation and to ensure high quality proposals are submitted on time
• Manage bid with inputs from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from Sales, Capability, Delivery, commercial & legal teams
• To perform effective engagement with bid stakeholders, customers, overseas offices, and partners for bid submission
• Package bid components in discussion with capability, delivery & sales ensuring the right solution aspects are in place
• Work closely with Sales to understand customers’ requirements and business environment to formulate bid win strategies and value proposition for proposals
• Preparing and reviewing commercial aspects of bid responses
• Ensure all solutions / services are included in the responses
• Risk management tracking throughout the bid process
• Contributing to the written proposal in terms of content and presentation (well versed with Microsoft office package)
• Knowledge of the IT services industry (Application development, Quality assurance, DevOps & Digital)
• Ensure timely delivery of bids to end customer / client
• Understand technical & strategic requirements of the bid
• Arrange bid review & post review sessions
