We currently have an exciting position as an experienced Proposal Manager with Chemical Engineering Degree from accredited higher education institutions and experience in process equipment for FPSO Topsides. Experience in Combined Cycle and Siemens Energy Gas Turbines Equipment Packages will be added advantage to join our Bid Management team in Singapore office supporting the global Sales effort on Integrated Systems & Modules. The responsibility of this position applies to one or more Siemens Energy Industrial Applications activities, which include Combined Cycle Power Generation Plant and Offshore Modules.
How You'll Make an Impact

• Prepare outside purchase equipment (OPE) RFQ(s) and work together with the regional/global supply chain manager(s) to engage and align for a compliant offer.
• Responsible for leading the overall cost integration and analysis with consideration for technical and commercial risk assessment prior to arriving at final Pricing.
• Assist the Sales Managers in developing Technical and Commercial strategies for the successful implementation of the Order Capture Process and participate in the development of quantified value propositions.
• Follow the RFQ to Order process and its pre-established gates / screens including order entry and handover to Operation(s) for successful execution.
• Identify cost or time-saving opportunities within the proposal development process or stemming from Non-Conformance instances and implement process improvement initiatives.

What You Bring

• Chemical Engineering Degree from accredited higher education institution.
• Experience in process equipment (i.e. Steam Boilers, Demin water systems, Gas turbines, Steam turbines, Centrifugal compressors, Pumps, Scrubbers, etc.) in either design, application engineering, front-end / detail engineering or installation and commissioning.
• Experience in Combined Cycle Design for modules or Power Plant will be added advantage.
• Capable to prepare P&ID, Heat and Mass Balance for power generation plant and gas processing systems.
• Team player and works well with others in a team environment.
• Domestic and international travel is required to support training, project presentations, bid clarification and project kick-off meetings.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
