Job Description
$4500 + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: EastResponsibilities
- Support the RFQ cycle from initial bid enquiry to final fee quotation
- Based on the data sheets/ RFQ, Review, analyze, and summarize requests from prospects (RFQ) received thru various sales channels/directly from customers
- Preparation of proposal, quotation, approvals process
- Liaise with customers if required & suggest solutions.
- Perform general administrative functions
- Process orders and coordinate with internal departments to ensure all technical clarifications are resolved promptly before bidding process and fee quotes/bids submitted on time
- Coordinate with factories in overseas / Partners in APAC region & other suppliers if required
- Other ad-hoc tasks if required
- Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical / Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in the Instrumentation, Valves, Actuators & Pumps is a plus.
- Flexible and proactive attitude.
