• Manage daily and monthly billing activities timely and accurately
• Attend to billing queries by internal and external parties
• Ensure invoices are formatted and sent out according to customers\xe2\x80\x99 requirements
• Liaise with upstream process owners to generate invoices, debit notes, credit notes
• File billing and supporting documents systematically
• Support GIRO upload
• Upload invoices to customers\xe2\x80\x99 vendors\xe2\x80\x99 portal
• Ensure accurate month-end closing
• Be part of the revenue analysis work
• Perform other ad-hoc duties or tasks assigned
• Assist with internal & external audits and assigned duties/projects
• Willing to work on the last weekend of the month to meet closing deadlines
• Workplace at Changi Airfreight Center (30 Airline Road)

• Interests in billing
• Proficiency with MS Excel
• Meticulous and organized in completing tasks
• A team player with good time management skills
• Fresh school leavers with Accounting Diploma, \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 GCE Levels or Higher NITEC
• Experience in billing or SAP is an added advantage
