Responsibilities:

Gain knowledge of the BT system through participation in UAT and various change management activities like change impact analysis, functional walk-through etc.
Attend train-the-trainer sessions by vendor and be ready to conduct train-the-trainer and end user trainings independent of vendor
Work closely with and guide training admin and IT team in preparing venue and setting up IT environment
Assist with building and testing of training environment, and provide support and troubleshoot issues that arise in the training environment
Design, develop and maintain instructional materials (such as presentations), online learning material, etc.
Conduct Train-the-Trainer training and end-user-training where necessary
Partner go-live institution based trainers to conduct end user training, meeting the timeline to complete end-user training for go-live
Incorporate feedback from others into existing training and training administration procedures
Learn new content and consult with subject matter experts to develop training materials and answer any participant questions
Prepare training lessons, printing materials, and setting up the training room and environment prior to the training session
Present information verbally and in writing in a clear and easy to understand manner
