Job Description

Responsibilities: You will be part of the team to assist clients in built environment industry to embark on their digital transformation journey. You will be involved in:

• Working with various stakeholders, which includes client teams, industry practitioners, technology providers and research institutions, to adopt latest digital technology and develop solutions to support the built environment;
• Evaluate the feasibility of the various new and emerging methodologies and technologies;
• Assist in the formulation, testing and providing recommendation to various aspect of digital transformation in project, organisation and industry-wide implementation.

Requirements:

• A diploma/degree in Architecture, Engineering, or construction-related discipline.
• 5 years of working experience
• Able to work independently as well as effectively as a team and possess eagerness to learn
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, writing, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with BIM methodologies, techniques and keep up with the latest development
• Capable in Autodesk Revit or other BIM software
• Conducting research, interviews with key stakeholders, and/or other business analysis tasks contributing to client deliverables and project routines
• Collating and reconciling data and information from various sources to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Good command of spoken and written English
• A keen interest in digital technology\xe2\x80\xafwill have an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: $6,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
