We are a specialist engineering company focused on the healthcare sector. As we continue to grow, we invite BIM Coordinators/Modellers with two or more years of experience to join our team.





A summary of the responsibilities of this position in relation to the construction industry are, (and not limited to), as follows:


Analyse and understand tender and construction drawings Review and fabricate models and drawings Produce constructible 3D drawings and be able to translate them into 2D shop drawings Update site progress information and ensure the accuracy of shop drawings Adhere to safety guidelines and practices in the work place To assist the Project Managers and project team with other tasks

Job Requirements

2 or more years of experience working as BIM Modeller/Coordinator in construction projects Good understanding of M&E works and able to associate BIM with construction needs Experience in producing M&E shop drawings for Medical and/or Laboratory Gas Systems would be advantageous Well-versed in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Navisworks and BIM360 Willingness to learn and use new software/technology Self-driven and good time management * Educational background : BIM related certification
