Job Description
$4500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: West
Responsibilities
- Quality take off for MEP services and preparing all requirement documentations
- Checking inspections and testing after installation
- Providing construction drawings, testing and commissioning support during project execution
- Coordination with customer, civil contractor, architectures and other M&E contractors for resolving interface issues and technical clarifications
- Designing duct sizing by hand calculation and by using duct checker software
- Designing Mechanical Ventilation Fan, Grilles and Diffusers sizing
- Supporting senior modeler for CSD and all other requirements for submission
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
- NITEC /Degree /Diploma and above or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Revit, Navisworks, Revizto, Solibri, Lumion is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
