Description:
Perform BIM implementation, Standards, Modelling workflow & methodologies to meet project deliverable requirements. Liaise with Project Manager on BIM implementation based on Project needs and requirements. Ensure models/drawings accuracy based on BIM standards/requirements. Handle Design Development, contract documentation, Authority submissions, pre-consultation, site meetings and project meetings. Prepare authorities' submission drawings, forms, and documents. Ensure accuracy and completeness of work assignments when adhering to deadlines. Oversee and interface with the design team and information managers for information coordination. Monitor and ensure drawing submission schedule is achieved. Manage the process of exchange and coordination of BIM model with Consultants, Clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or related field with at least 10 years relevant experience in infrastructure design and BIM implementation or related field. Must be proficient in Revit MEP. Knowledge of Synchro or Fuzor will be an advantage. * Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin for effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with internal teams, management and external vendors will be an added advantage.
