As a BIM Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties:

Develop and manage all required project drawings and BIM models, including model creation, submission documents, detailed design, coordination for clash detection, construction drawings, and as-built documentation. Regularly update drawings and BIM models in line with regulatory standards and project documentation protocols, following guidelines such as BCA/HDB BIM requirements. Translate verbal instructions, preliminary sketches, and technical notes into accurate drawings and BIM models for construction and building works. Deliver high-quality BIM outputs, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project timelines. Prepare and submit drawings, models, and forms to relevant authorities, coordinating with them as needed under the guidance of senior technical staff. Maintain comprehensive project records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare supporting documents such as reports, letters, and presentations for submission purposes. Participate in site inspections and walkthroughs as necessary to verify construction progress and accuracy.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Architecture/ BIM or equivalent with Certificate from BCA BIM modelling course or equivalent Minimum 3 years' relevant experience as BIM associate or equivalent
