Job Description
$7K + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: WestResponsibilities
- Lead the implementation of the project\'s BIM/VDC/IDD strategy and related digital systems, which includes the generation, revision, visualization, analytical and collaborative use of BIM
- Lead a team of BIM coordinators/modellers for all disciplines
- Establish and implement BIM Execution Plan
- Maintain BIM standards and be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of BIM processes for all disciplines
- Manage and enforce quality control/assurance, and BIM documentation for adherence to established standards and guides Adhering to the latest industry standards
- Work with stakeholders and project team to identify and resolve technical issues in BIM modelling and coordination
- Engage project team members to innovate and leverage advanced digital/BIM tools and methodology
- Conduct training and assist project members on the use of BIM software
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Architecture, Civil & Structural Engineering, MEP Engineering, Building or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Naviswork and Civil 3D is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
