Lead and manage Building Information Modelling (BIM) implementation across projects.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of relevant BIM experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial/lead role.
Strong knowledge of BIM software (Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc.).
Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards and BIM execution planning.
Proven leadership in managing cross-functional BIM teams.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Develop, maintain, and enforce BIM standards, workflows, and protocols.
Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure BIM deliverables meet project requirements.
Review and validate BIM models for accuracy, quality, and compliance with project standards.
Provide BIM training, guidance, and support to project teams.
Oversee BIM execution plans and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance digital construction processes and drive innovation

Pay: $6,000.00 - $8,500.00 per month
