Job Description
A Day in the Life:
Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards, workflows, and execution plans. Manage and coordinate BIM models across all disciplines up to LOD 500. Conduct model audits, clash detection, and quality assurance checks. Lead BIM training sessions and provide technical support to project teams. Liaise with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure BIM deliverables meet requirements. Provide on-site coordination and implementation support where necessary.
What We Are Looking For:
Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or a related field. 3-5 years of BIM management experience in architectural or interior projects. Strong detailing and documentation skills, with proficiency up to LOD 500. Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant BIM tools. Experience in theme park or museum projects will be an advantage. * Familiarity with Singapore BIM standards.
