Bim Manager
Job Description
Lead and oversee Building Information Modelling (BIM) implementation across all assigned projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and industry best practices.
Develop, maintain, and enforce BIM standards, workflows, templates, and protocols to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure all BIM deliverables meet contractual and technical requirements.
Review, audit, and validate BIM models for accuracy, quality, and compliance with project and company standards.
Provide ongoing BIM training, guidance, and technical support to project and design teams to build organizational competency.
Manage and monitor BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), ensuring timely delivery of milestones and data exchanges throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to integrate digital construction processes, promote innovation, and enhance overall project delivery through technology.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Preferred 8 years of BIM-related experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity. Strong technical proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and related tools. Sound understanding of ISO 19650 standards, BIM execution planning, and information management protocols.
