Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

To lead the BIM team to perform the project required works. To lead and/or assist in the creation of BIM deliverables such as BIM Execution Plans, Clash Detection Reports, BIM Quality Control Plans, BIM Design Review Prodcedures, Construction Sequencing (4D) and Cost Estimation (5D). Coordinated BIM activities among multiple disciplines to optimise workflows, detect design clashes. Liaise with interfaces contractors, clients, authorities and other stakeholders for the BIM works. Lead the BIM workshop/walk through with consultant and stakeholder. Support tender activities when required.

Requirements:

Diploma / Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering/ Building Construction. 10 years hands-on working experience in M&E design coordination shop drawings / CSD / CBD / BIM Model and CAD drafting capable. Certification in BIM Management from BCA is preferred. * Good Knowledge and experience with Singapore Authority submission, BIM Standards Authority and Authority submission process.
