Job Description
$4K + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: EastResponsibilities
- Report directly to the Project Manager & BIM Manager
- Responsible for the development, implementation and management of VEP, VDC methodologies, processes and standards of design works
- Coordinate with other Consultants and Contractor on VDC
- Oversee appropriate data flow internally and externally before release or exchange of model with other parties
- Participate in coordination meetings and 3D review sessions
- Providing a Excellent of technical problem-solving
- Work with various teams to develop a statement of work.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Bachelor Degree in Architecture/Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in BIM, Revit MEP (Architecture, MEP, Structure), Auto Cad, Revit & MS Office is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
