Job Description

We are working with a boutique architecture studio in Singapore known for delivering bespoke, high-quality designs in luxury residential, hospitality, and commercial sectors. As part of their growing team, they are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeler to support project teams from concept through to construction documentation.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and manage accurate BIM models across multiple project stages, ensuring alignment with architectural intent and technical standards.
- Collaborate closely with architects and consultants to integrate design changes efficiently.
- Produce detailed construction documentation, including drawings, schedules, and 3D visualizations.
- Maintain BIM libraries and adhere to internal BIM standards and protocols.
- Coordinate with various disciplines (e.g., MEP, structural) to resolve clashes and ensure a fully coordinated model.
- Assist in implementing and improving BIM workflows across projects
Key requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a BIM modeler or similar technical role within the architecture or design industry.
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and related BIM software.
- Familiar with local building regulations and codes.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
