Job Description
$4200 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: West
Responsibilities
- Produce 2D and BIM drawing for Electrical Or ACMV systems. Include single line, Layout, and system schematic drawings, adhering to established specifications and standards.
- Develop Design concept, prepare design report and shop drawings.
- Plan all drawing requests to meet the submission deadline.
- On-time delivery of all drawings, correct and accurate drawings.
- Prepare and present 3D models during BIM meetings.
- Able to coordinate with other MEP services.
- Prepare drawings submission format, including title block, notes, and legends, drawing to scale, etc.
- Work closely with assigned PM on Autocad and Drawing Status reporting.
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Revit/BIM is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
