Job Description
$5K + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: NorthResponsibilities
- Develop BIM Model in accordance with BIM practices and standards, and update it as necessary
- Ensure the accuracy of the BIM model is in line with design intent, and delivery of BIM deliverables in a timely manner
- Review models from other parties prior to federation
- Assist in the preparation of presentation materials and extraction of Bill of Quantities
- Responsible for the coordination and control of technical matters, and quality implementation
- Technical knowledge and understanding of Architecture, Civil & Structure, and M&E
- Experience in the adoption of the BIM process in large construction projects from tender to completion of projects will be an advantage
- Adaptable to working both independently and as a team player, with the ability to work under pressure
- NITEC /Degree /Diploma and above or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in BIM modeling and coordination is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
