Job Description
$4800 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: East
Responsibilities
- Create accurate and organized Architectural Revit (BIM) models.
- Develop plan, elevation, section, and detail drawings from the models with adequate detail and proper annotation for tender and construction.
- Develop and maintain BIM standards and procedures for sheet layout, layering, modelling processes and drawing formats.
- Work productively and coordinate activities on numerous projects concurrently.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
- Well versed in Revit/BIM software in Archi and Structure MEP
- Conversant in local Construction Industry regulation
- Manage process of coordination, exchange of data and collaboration of BIM with project stakeholders
- Diploma in Architecture/Structural Engineering/ Construction, BIM or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Understand architectural and structural construction documents is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
