BIM Modeller (ACMV) (3 YEARS CONTRACT)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated
BIM Modeller with ACMV experience
to support the development, coordination, and documentation of M&E systems using Building Information Modeling (BIM). You will be responsible for producing accurate 3D models and shop drawings, focusing on air-conditioning, ventilation, and ductwork systems.Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed and accurate
3D models
of ACMV systems (ducts, piping, equipment) usingRevit MEP / AutoCAD MEP / Navisworks
Prepare and updateshop drawings, coordinated drawings, and as-built drawings
Supportclash detection and coordination
with other disciplines (structural, architectural, plumbing, electrical, etc.) Ensure drawings comply withproject specifications, LOD standards, and local regulations (BCA/BIM e-submission)
Collaborate with M&E engineers, BIM coordinators, and site team for model updates Maintain version control and proper documentation of model files and drawing logsRequirements:
Proficient in
Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks, BIM360
Familiar withACMV layouts
(ducting, chilled water piping, FCU/VRV/VRF systems, VAVs, AHUs) Good understanding ofconstruction sequencing, coordination drawings, and shop drawing standards
