• Diploma/ Degree in Civil or Architecture Engineering
• Must have Autodesk Revit software experience
• Experience in AuotoCAD, Civil 3D, 3dsMAX and any other BIM software experiences
• Min 3 \xe2\x80\x93 5 years\' experiences in Singapore construction industry
• Min 4 years of experience in 3D modelling and Autodesk Revit
• Basic construction knowledge with the ability to understand building design drawings
• Understanding of Architectural shop drawings (Wall Setting Out plan, RCP, Roombook)
• Candidates with Hospital or Healthcare project experience and added Advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with the team, troubleshoot and deliver models on time
• Good understanding of Spoken/ Written English & able to communicate with various parties.
• Assist in maintaining CAD and BIM standards as well as workflow in accordance to company standards.
• Support Project Team in managing RFI as well as making presentations with BIM-Model and other related activities.
• Ensure accuracy of documents based on BIM Modelling.
• To comply with BIM manager Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria.
• Print drawings for production and participate in reviews.
• Create presentation slides, documents related to BIM
• Communicate with the team, troubleshoot and deliver models on time
