Job Responsibilities:

Preparation of 3D BIM models for submission to BIM Manager, main contractor, authority and consultant.
Generate 2D drawing, PID tagging, documentation and As Built BIM and detailing for submission.
Conduct BIM co-ordination with other disciplines such as clash detection and etc.
Build-up, update and enhance BIM objects, families and other related templates for the Company.
Develop virtual mock-up for modular design.
Prepare BIM models and/or drawings for tender, including quantity take-off measurement.
Assist BIM Manager on design and drafting matters.

Job Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering or equivalent
Having a Specialist Diploma in BIM from BCA Academy is an advantage
At least 2 years of working experience in construction, design, drafting or coordination (services)
Proficient in the use of Bentley OpenRoads; Aecosim; OpenPlant PID; OpenPlant Modeler; OpenPlant Isometrics; OpenPlant Orthographics; Raceway and Cable Management; Promise; and Navisworks/Navigator software
Competent user of IT tools, in particular MS Word, MS Excel, Acrobat
Understand basic code compliance in Architectural, C&S and M&E works and construction sequence of work
Good English skills, both verbal and written communication
Good communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
