Job Description
BIM Modellers for consultant firms and L6 M&E contractors
Roles & Responsibilities:
Support the BIM Manager for
ACMV, Electrical, Fire protection, Plumbing & Sanitary
Produce visualizations and shop drawings to support construction activities. Identify and resolve basic modeling issues. Prepare and present shop drawings. Assist with documentation for record-keeping and BIM-related submissions. Handle other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.Job Requirements:
Higher NITEC/Diploma or Degree in
Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
2-5 years experience working with BIM related software or BIM modelling/coordinating works Experience on producing shop drawings (M&E) Good understanding of building works and can associate BIM with construction needs * Able to commence in short notice period
